WNS Results for Series-1 Week-1 May 8, 2013

Here are the results of the first Club Race at Woodlands Road. It was a great turnout with 51 riders. Weather was perfect, better than last year if you remember...snow!

Some of you may have noticed that your Category changed. This was based on your time tonight. These Categories can change throughout the year.

Also, I am keeping track of your points, so bring volunteers! They are always welcome.

For the Cat-A's, the winner of the Niklas Group Leaders Jersey is Marc Enter. Marc, you get to wear this jersey next week. The jersey will be passed to the next race winner.

Here are the results:

(Let me know if I spelled your name wrong, or if I have you in the wrong club)

My name is correct but I'd like to change it something European sounding. I'm convinced that a more italian sounding name would make me faster. Something with an 'i' or an 'o'at the end. Note: of the top 15 of the riders in the Giro, 80% have an 'i' or an 'o'at the end of their name and sound really fast.

Examples of guys with fast names:
Vivianni
Bouhanni
Gavizzi
Appollonio
Balletti
Nizollo
Ferrari

Hi Peter, I was sad to have missed out on what must have been a great night of racing.

I did notice looking at the results that you've spelled Alan Oikle's name wrong (unless there is also an Alan Dickle racing). He is listed 3rd in the B group.

Hope to see you on a Wednesday night in the near future.

Hi Peter, thanks so much for organizing the race last night! It was so much fun!

I'm in the C group and a small correction for my last name, I'm Kendra Fergusson (not Furgusson).

Thanks again! See you next week!
